Plot Overview

A new POW is brought into Stalog 13. He is a near elderly prisoner with the rank of corporal. His name is Walter Tillman. As usual Hogan and his heroes start the screening process to determine whether or not he is a German spy. They no sooner start the process than he antagonizes Hogan and his men. Hogan does not believe he is a spy but he still wants to be rid of him. So Hogan and his men start a small fire but is quickly put out. Klink demands to know who started the fire. Hogan lets it slip that Tillman started the fire. For what reason Klink wants to know. Hogan tells him it is because Tillman loves to start fires and watch them spread. Klink will have none of that in his camp. So Klink will have Tillman transferred to another prison camp, just as Hogan wanted. Hogan would soon learn that Corporal Walter Tillman is in reality General Tillman Walters, an undercover American agent who was sent there to help Hogan with an important mission.
