Plot Overview
A serial killer has taken out six cab drivers, but he hasn't stolen anything...in fact, he's placed $2,000 on each of his victims. With the common thread being that all of the men had pre-teen daughters, Hawk digs around and discovers that a grieving father, who lost his blind daughter in a cab-related traffic accident, is posing as a blind man and committing the murders.
