Plot Overview
Harry Orwell, an ex-cop forced to retire due to the lingering effects from being shot in the back, sets up a shingle as a private investigator on his San Diego houseboat. His first client is the man who shot him and his partner, and he wants Harry to protect him from his former partner in crime, who wants to kill him.
