Plot Overview
After moving to L.A. from San Diego, Harry is hired by a girl to find her missing boyfriend, who ran off with a fortune in embezzled cash. He soon acquires a new nemesis, Lt. K.C. Trench of the LAPD.

Behind the Scenes
The change was made for simple reasons: it was too costly to film on location in San Diego, so the production and setting moved to Los Angeles. With that change, Henry Darrow and his character, Lt. Manny Quinlan, were dropped from the series and replaced with the less friendly Lt. K.C. Trench, played by Anthony Zerbe.
