My Cousin, the Cheat is the fifth episode of the fifth season of Happy Days, and the ninety-third episode overall.

While the first episode of the season, "Hollywood," introduced the character of Chachi Arcola, this was the first episode to prominently feature Fonzie's rebellious cousin as part of the central plot. Here, Chachi – raised by a single mother and in need of a positive male role model for guidance – has been skipping school. Fonzie finds out and, offering to be a mentor and role model to him, agrees to give him a job at the garage under the incentive that he no longer skip school. This is put to the test when Chachi, struggling in one of his classes and in danger of failing an exam, cons an unwitting Joanie out of the answers for the upcoming exam.
