Good News, Bad News is the twenty-first episode of the eleventh season of Happy Days, and the two hundred fifty-fourth episode overall.
Chachi gets the offer of a lifetime: a chance to tour with the Beach Boys. But when he suffers from constant tiredness and thirst and gets a physical, he learns he has diabetes, which devastates both him and Fonzie.

Plot Overview
In the end, after Chachi goes skydiving, Fonzie and the Cunninghams assure him that diabetes is not a death sentence and that, with the help of his doctors, his condition can be managed successfully, and that many famous people have had diabetes and dealt successfully with it. Chachi is enlightened and decides to go on the tour after all.
