Plot Overview

Hoping to stop Josh and Olivia's wedding, Marah leaves a note saying she's left town with Tony. Her plan goes awry when Sam finds the note instead of Shayne. After Phillip leaves Beth and the kids, Edmund arrives. Beth is surprised when Edmund suggests that Phillip is still in love with her. Edmund invites Beth and the children to San Cristobel to put some distance between her and the Spauldings. Beth expresses guilt over her feelings for Edmund while being married to Jim. Later, Edmund is touched when Susan confesses that he is the only person who can help her through this time in her life. When Phillip returns to see Harley, she tells him that their marriage is rapidly dissolving. Phillip asks what he can do to help, but they both agree not to make any decisions about the future of their relationship until things get back to normal. Reva tries to deny her nervousness about meeting Noah's family to Marah. Later, Noah arrives and sweeps Reva away to meet his family before she can find Marah's note.
