Plot Overview
Meredith tries to move on, after Dr. Shepherd decided to give his marriage a chance, and has a one night stand with someone she meets at the bar. Similarly to the premiere episode, she runs into him the next day at the Hospital and is put in an awkward position as he is suffering from priapism (he can’t get it down). Alex and Izzie continue their troubled relationship as Alex experiences sexual performance problems. A patient pregnant with quintuplets forces everyone in the hospital to join in as multiple complications arise.
