Plot Overview
All Oliver wants to do is plant his tomato plants, and before he does, he has to check the weather report. This being Hooterville, the main sources for weather reports are the local TV station (who relies on a cuckoo-type clock with a little old lady figurine) and Harvey, the singing weatherman on the radio, both of whom giving him conflicting information that creates bedlam.
