Plot Overview
Lisa's input into Oliver's plans to renovate the house convinces him that it would be less expensive to hire an architect to build a new farmhouse. With the help of Mr. Drucker, Oliver is able to hire an architect at a reasonable price, an architect who suggests a contractor he works with, which creates friction with his usual contractors, the Monroe brothers (who happen to be his nephews!) and, of course, Mr. Haney.
