The Little Dictator is the third episode of the second season of Gilligan's Island, and the thirty-ninth episode overall.

Plot Overview

A Countries Dictator is exiled to the Island by his subordinates.He is left with his suitcase,and a gun to which he will use to later rule over the Castaways.He will be subdued by the Castaways.Afterwards,he will try to convince Gilligan to become a Leader.In his dream sequence,Gilligan becomes Leader of a Nation.The Castaways are his loyal subjects.Rodreigus is suppose to be a secret advisor.In his dream,the Castaways warn Gilligan that there are problems within the Nation.Howell,Mary Ann,The Skipper,and Ginger all point to the problems each showing him via from behind a curtain,the state of his Country.After the last showing,Rodreguis is revealed to be the one for whom the problems are being caused by.He informs Gilligan that he is just a puppet ruler being controlled by a string(literally).Gilligan awakens aware that being a puppet ruler is bad.Rodreguis is about to depart the Island back to his Country.He is reinstated as his Countrie Ruler again.He promises to send his Special Ship back to rescue the Castaways.They will be awaiting.While they wait to be rescued,the Castaways will learn the language of the Country they'll be in before returning Home to their own.As they are learning the language,they listen to the report of Rodreguis has been exiled again.When he told his people that he was Dictator to a group of people on an Island,he was parachuted atop a Mountain somewhere far away.Another rescue foiled.
