Allergy Time is the twenty-eighth episode of the second season of Gilligan's Island, and the sixty-fourth episode overall.

Plot Overview

The Skipper has an allergic reaction to something on the Island.After exposing everything that the Skipper has come into contact with nothing has been the cause.Then when Gilligan come near to the Skipper,the Skipper sneezes,and when Gilligan walks away,the Skipper is find.It seems that Gilligan is the cause of the Skippers allergy.Withtwo more tests,the Professor is certain that Gilligan is the cause of the Skippers allergy.So,to keep the Skipper from constant sneezing,Gilligan will move in with The Professor.After doing this,The Professor starts sneezing,and continues to sneeze until Gilligan leaves.Gilligan then moves in with The Howells.They also begin sneezing,and Gilligan again leaves.He moves in with Ginger,and Mary Ann.A curtain seperates them.They sleep on one side of the Hut,and Gilligan on the other side.Gilligan begins to believes that everybody is allergic to him,Mary Ann,and Ginger assures him that it is not true.They are not sneezing.Just as he starts to believes this,they to start to sneeze.Giligan taking his cue leaves to go to another part of the Island.By morning the others notice Gilligan is gone.They all search for him.They beg Gilligan to come back,but with the constant sneezing,and scratching whenever Gilligan is near,forces the others to leave.They will contact Gilligan later.Meanwhile,the Professor has discovered what he considers the antiGilligan vaccine.This good news to all.They go get Gilligan so the Professor can give him the shot.The Hyperdermic Needle the Professor has developed is huge.Gilligan when he sees it likens it to a Harpoon.He is natually afraid to receiving it.Fortunately,the shots are not for gilligan,but for the other castaways.They will have to take two,or three shots a day.This will continue until they are either stop sneezing,and scrathing,or are rescued.Having taking various shots,Gilligan brings some good news.He has discovered the real cause of why everybody has been sneezing.It is a the coconut powder that they all have been using for personal hygiene.This is good news.With this good news no more shots for anybody...except for Gilligan.The Skipper developes a larger Hyperdermic Needle to give to Gilligan as revenge for putting everyone through their sneezing.Gilligan backs away from the larger needle,and accidently sits on the smaller needle that the Professor had earleir made.
