Plot Overview
Micki and Ryan trace an old radio to the Maceo Institute for the Criminally Insane. There, a doctor uses it to help to cure the worst patients when it broadcast it to her as news bulletins. In turn, she leaves it to broadcast the worst fears of other patients, driving them to their deaths.
