Ben Fredricks is the gym coach at McKinley High. Fredricks is ostensibly a no-nonsense, wise-cracking, loud mouthed, grown up jock. However, as the Geeks discover in their dealings with him, he truly cares for the well being and education of his students, and is actually a nice guy to hang out with.
