Plot Overview

In Relax-O-Vision, Freakazoid is operating a kissing booth at the fair. Little do they know, the Lobe is there making balloon animals, waiting to kidnap Steff. He succeeds, leaving a bomb behind with a note attached. After being sidetracked by Cosgrove, Freakazoid goes to the Smithsonian to save Steff, only to be faced with his greatest enemies (Longhorn, Cave Guy and Cobra Queen among them). Freakazoid inexplicably defeats all of them, leaving no explanation thanks to the constant Relax-O-Vision cuts. Freakazoid manages to save Steff, tie Lobe to a rocket and stop Relax-O-Vision for good.

In Fatman and Boy Blubber, the dynamic duo defend a fat boy named Louis from a couple of bullies after his lunch. The two get away when Fatman and Boy Blubber can't keep up. Fatman and Louis ultimately fight over Louis's lunch box, leaving Louis right where he started. In Limbo Lock-Up, Freakazoid is arrested by the Idiotic Police and is sentenced to either 30 days in county jail or 30 minutes listening to Fan Boy. Freakazoid chooses the 30 days.

Finally, in Terror Palace, the Huntsman responds to the sounding of the horn of urgency looking for more crime to fight. But it turns out that a rookie cop was fooling around with the horn and it was a false alarm. Huntsman goes to the aquarium instead.
