Filmation's Ghostbusters is an animated syndicated series based on Filmation's live-action series from 1975, The Ghost Busters. Another series, The Real Ghostbusters, which was based on the Columbia motion picture of 1984, aired concurrently on ABC Saturday mornings.
This series starred the sons of the original team, Jake and Eddie along with their gorilla mascot Tracy. The team sets about battling the machinations of Prime Evil and his henchmen.
