Fear the Walking Dead — Season Four

People Like Us is the ninth episode of the fourth season of Fear the Walking Dead, and the forty-sixth episode overall.

Plot Overview

With things having settled down, Morgan decides to return to Alexandria and wants the others to join him. However, they soon are split up just as a storm arrives.

Happenings

• A heavy storm makes its way through.

• Al and June find a box by the road that reads "Take what you need. Leave what you don't See you further on up the road." Inside are various items, including some food, bottles of water, blankets, pocketknife, and toy trucks.

Characters

• In the time since they united, the group has been living apart, but within close proximity.
  • Althea has been presumably living in her truck.
  • Dorie and June have taken up residence in a bus along with Charlie set up in the middle of a blocked off bridge. Morgan has been living in the back of a cargo truck just outside the bridge.
  • The other three have been living off a large estate. While Strand and Luciana live inside the mansion, Alicia has been living elsewhere on the property.

• Morgan decides to return to Alexandria. He asks the others the chance to come with him, but only Althea takes him up on the offer.

• Strand has taken to drinking while Luciana has wallowed around and just listens to music, believing there's nothing for her anywhere for her anymore.

• June is afraid Dorie will find out the person she really is, the one who continued to run away.

• Althea goes with June to find out what's causing walkers to wash up. They soon discover it's a storm they get caught in, but Al's truck is no longer fit to ride in such high winds.

• Morgan tells Alicia that he left Alexandria after Rick had told him he would be back with people and wanted to make him wrong. He wants to return so he can tell him he was right.

• Morgan accompanies Alicia to help someone who's been nailing help notes onto walkers, only to find it's too late. He encourages her to help Strand and Luciana like Madison saved her. They make their way back as it begins to storm. Morgan wants to find a place to hole up, but Alicia continues on her own.

• Dorie is still recovering, but plans on taking June and Charlie back to his cabin.

• Charlie hasn't talked much recently, even not calling out when confronted with a walker. She later sneaks out to leave. Luciana catches her sneaking into the mansion, only to discover after she leaves that she returned Nick's book.

• Dorie employs Strand's help to find Charlie, but soon get caught out as the storm rolls in.
