Connie is a vain, shallow, stuck-up teen-aged girl (approximately aged 16) who considers herself to be the most popular girl at James Woods Regional High School, the school where she attends. She is one of the main antagonists to Meg Griffin.

Episodes Connie appears in typically have her scorning the unpopular Meg, only for a member of the Griffin family to stand up to Connie, defend Meg and give Connie her comeuppance. However, at least once Connie and Meg worked together to get revenge on another member of the Griffin family (Chris, who began acting conceited and rude toward Meg in "Stew-Roids."
