Family Feud is a game show that aired in syndication. It was the fourth version of Family Feud and ran at the same time as the third one, with that version in running during the day on CBS and this one running in the nighttime in syndication. In September 1992, the show was renamed The New Family Feud. Changes occurred after the sixth season because of declining ratings. Host of the original version Richard Dawson was brought back, the show was renamed back to Family Feud and it was expanded to one-hour.
Upon bringing Dawson back, the "Bullseye" round (used in the Combs edition from 1992 on) was renamed "Bankroll" and only used three questions. In the first half hour, Bankroll questions were worth $500, $1500 and $2500. The second half, the top answers were worth $1000, $2500 and $5000. Another change is that each family employed only four members. Also, in the second half hour, a family appearing on Dawson's original Family Feud returned to compete.
