Plot Overview
Henry's wife comes back from conference. Henry and Grant activate an experiment testing wormholes.
Allison gives Grant an experimental nano treatment to help him stop smoking.
Trees appear in the GD building with no Mt. St. Helen's eruption ring.
Bullet appears in Joe's chest. It has a painted tip which hasn't been done since the 1950s.
A 1940s vintage plane appears in Cafe Diem. When Henry takes some readings, he finds that the plane is new, even though they haven't been manufactured since the 40s.
Henry and Jack send Claudia and Fargo off for environmental readings.
Meanwhile, Henry and Jack assume that there was sort of wormhole effect left over from their trip to the past. They investigate with Allison and Grant. Together they discover that exotic particles were brought through from the past to the present and particles from the past are being pulled into the present by the attraction. Grant seems to be the repository of exotic particles in the present.
While Claudia and Fargo are investigating radiation readings, a minefield from 1947 appears around them. Claudia accidentally steps on one. Together Fargo and Claudia get her off that mine, but as they escape they fall on another mine.
Henry and Allison come up with a treatment to purge the exotic particles from Grant but it doesn't work, so they reprogram the nanobots in Grant to purge the exotic particles.
Joe realizes that there was an explosion in the area where Claudia and Fargo were sent to investigate. Carter leaves to go help them. When he arrives he is able to defuse the land mine Fargo is laying on.
