Entertainment Tonight is an entertainment news show that airs in first-run syndication and on CBS Television Stations-owned outlets in larger markets where it competes directly against Access Hollywood. From September 9, 2019 until June 2021 the show competed directly against All Access.
On January 11, 2020, the 10,000th weekday episode aired preceding the related 2,000th weekend episode making it the 12,000th overall episode.
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the show's episodes were labeled as Quanran-tainament Tonight.
