Plot Overview
After Roy passes the exam, he talks to Drs. Brackett and Early about his decision in leaving the paramedics and John, whilst getting promoted and a major traffic pile-up on a fogbound freeway during rush hour causes problems especially one man suffering from heart murmur, whom Dixie and Dr. Early diagnosed.
