Trivia

The Show

• First multi-Doctor story.

• This marks William Hartnell's final appearance as the First Doctor, as he would pass away in 1975. This incarnation would continue to appear, but played by different actors.

• First appearance of Omega who would appear again in a few more later serials/stories.

Memorable Moments

• As the episode nears its end, a new "dematerialisation circuit" appears. The Time Lords have forgiven the Doctor and ended his exile on Earth.
