Dick Clark Prouductions was founded in the late 1950s by TV personality and producer Dick Clark. The company has made huge success with their flagship series American Bandstand as well as the annual New Years Rockin' Eve specials, the Golden Globes and the American Music Awards. The company is currently controlled by Six Flags theme park owner Daniel Snyder and is still going strong with their hit series So You Think You Can Dance.
