From The TV IV

Day Break is a mystery drama series about a man, Detective Brett Hopper, who wakes up each day at 6:17 AM, reliving the same horrible day over and over until he can fix his life and solve the mystery of who killed Assistant District Attorney Alberto Garza and framed him for his murder. The series premiered in Lost's timeslot on November 15, 2006, after Lost went on a midseason hiatus. The ratings declined quickly and steadily each week, and the show was yanked after six episodes. In March 2008, TV One started airing the series, where they aired all the episodes, including all of the previously unaired episodes.
