Logans health state is still constantly decreasing and he's afraid to be bound to his wheel chair again. Luckily he found a medical doctor who used to work at Manticore. Her special and very expensive treatment seems to be the only way which might enable him to remain walking.

Max of course notices his rather strange behaviour and follows him to the clinic. It turns out a lucky coincidence, because an unknown assassin wants to pay the doctor a visit, too...
