Dangerous is an action drama that dives into the criminal sub-culture of ram raiding—stealing vehicles, crashing into stores, and pulling out ATM machines. Donna McCarthy is a junior staffer for the New South Wales Minister of Police. Elections are coming up, crime is a big topic, and she is tasked with creating a report. Unsatisfied with police statistics and journalistic hearsay, Donna takes the leap and personally investigates the youth sub-culture of the western Sydney suburbs where she quickly becomes involved with a local gang.
