Plot Overview
When a man is killed in a police shooting, Dominic calls an inquest. Between the varying testimony and the man's troubled mental history, it must be determined if the police reacted in accordance with procedure, and what exactly the man's intentions were.

- This is Hrothgar Mathews's second appearance in the show as the second of three different characters he played in the series.
- Marcus Leros Hondro played an unnamed hotel clerk in "Little Sister (1)". However, it's unlikely meant to be the same character as it was a different hotel in that episode.
