Plot Overview

A mother loses her young son in a river, but Dominic suspects something is wrong when he finds out that it isn't the first time she's lost a child in an accident.

Kosmo and Roy question a husband when his wife suddenly disappears following a loud argument.

Mick and Leo investigate a doctor shot while driving on his way to work.

• When Carla shows up at the precinct to return Leo's wallet, having left it behind the counter, Mick asks if he's been back to the dance studio. Leo acts very defensive in answering.

Trivia

Allusions and References

• Chick mentions the gunman on the grassy knoll in Dallas, a reference to the conspiracy theory concerning the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. However, Chick makes an error as the conspiracy makes claim of a second gunman, not third as he states, who allegedly killed JFK with Lee Harvey Oswald being set up as a patsy.
