Plot Overview
A conflict of interest is feared when Dominic looks at a constable shooting a man in self-defence at a safe injection site.
Kosmo begins working with Suki in robbery, but receives optimistic news when she hears that the Crown is dropping some of Brian Curtis's cases.
Both Mick and Rose catch big breaks in their respective cases.

Happenings
- The two constables Dino dismissed had been staked out at the safe injection site, confiscating the drugs of those who come out. One of these stabs one of the constables in the neck while the other shots his attacker.
- Norton tells Russ that City Council is trying to get a court order to have him disqualified from office. Norton advises him to stand down and prep for a run at Premiere after the inquest, which Sanjay will back. Kelly gets word that he will make an announcement about his retirement and that as soon as Simkins is set up as interim mayor, Dominic will have to make his announcement to run immediately.
- Kosmo and Suki investigate a bank being held up by two robbers in balaclavas. It bears resemblance to a robbery at the same branch over a year ago with two of the three robbers still in jail. Kosmo finds Dino took the initial call.
- Will Summers's widow meets with Mick and tells him she knows who was on the boat. Horvath tells Mick that he called Mick out to the boat due to a problem with the fuel pump. Will goes up to see what's going on, when he goes up, he sees him get pistol-whipped by a couple Asian men and he goes over to get away. He jumps the boat, too, expecting to meet Will, but eventually left.
- Anna is getting scared and wants to move back to the Philippines.
- Chen tells Kosmo that his conspiracy to traffic case got tossed when his informant testimony got refuted. She tells him about Sue's case. She warns Finn about it and he soon learns that the Assistant Deputy Attorney General of the Justice Branch had some trouble with his Crown Counsel have a situation with Brian. Finn then gives Brian the heads-up that he's going to be suspended with pay pending the investigation. He assumes it's Kosmo fault and stakes outside her house.
- A Commercial Crime Unit officer from Edmonton talks with Rose that he had just found out that the hanged man was an informant for the RCMP.
- The Crown is staying the charges against Sue.
