Plot Overview

Torello angrily discovers that his friend Ted Kehoe is in cahoots with Bartoli and Luca. Ted's fiancee goes to the U.S. Attorney's office and complains about Torello harassing them. Mike in turn visits U.S. Attorney Breitel and tells him to back off. Certain that his relationship with Julie is done, Mike calls on beautiful Inger. Both Kehoe and his fiancee wind up dead--she's found floating in the lake, he's killed in a fall from a high building.
