Plot Overview
The date is November 3, 1992. The body of a young campaign worker is pulled out of a river the day after she attended a political event. Fast-forward to present day 2004, and the discovery of a man found shot to death in his driveway...a man with a shrine of newspaper clips related to the girl's death. The team looks into the current murder in the hope that it will lead to the killer in the previous case. Upon learning that both victims had contact with an ex-con in Reading (the man called him a week before his death, the girl paid him a visit before her death), Lilly and Scotty pay the ex-con a visit, which leads to sordid secrets involving the dead girl's boyfriend, a rising assemblyman then and a state Senator now, and his sister.
