Plot Overview

Suspecting a young housewife of being a prostitute, Annabeth discovers that she's part of a prostitution ring that uses soccer moms as hookers and sets out to nail the Madam, who seems to know all the angles. However, her case hits a major snag when the housewife they arrested, who agreed to help nail the ringleader, commits suicide due to all the negative coverage in the media. Steve and Maureen clash when a new block program aimed at taking drug dealers off the streets results in a young addict being overcharged for a dealing rap.
