Plot Overview
Cliff meets the woman of his dreams at a Halloween costume party at Cheers, but will he have the guts to meet her without his mask? Frasier, meanwhile, is out of town for a weekend, and asks Sam to take Diane to a concert, but everyone begins to have second thoughts about the idea.

- Cliff's dream woman is played by Bernadette Birkett, the real life wife of actor George Wendt (Norm). She would go on to voice Norm's wife Vera, so in a way this is the closest we ever get to seeing what Vera looks like.
