Plot Overview

In Act IV, you will never see William Conrad quite as angry as the scene where he confronts the Senator behind the trail of killings. His eyes literally bulge out of his head as he's choking the Senator, who runs away, locks himself in his office and takes his own life with a gun rather than face further wrath from Cannon.
