Call My Bluff is a game show that aired on NBC daytime. It had an even longer run in Great Britain, running irregularly on BBC-1 from 1965 to 2005.

Two teams, each comprised of two civilians and a celebrity captain competed. An odd word is presented and one team starts giving differing definitions to it. They read from placards, but only one player holds the correct definition while the other two placards read "Bluff." The opposing team must pick out who gave the correct definition. Doing so scores 50 points. If they pick a bluff, the defining team scores the points.

100 points wins the game and $100 for the team. They now play a bonus game involving a guest. The winning team holds placards, one with a story about the guest. The opposing team tries to guess who has the correct story. If the winning team bluffs the opponents, they win an extra $200. If the opposing team picks the story, they play again and $200 is added to the jackpot for the next game.

The basis of Call My Bluff would be used again on Oh My Word, Take My Word for It and Wordplay.
