- Under McKeen's orders, Catherine and Keppler tries to use reverse forensics to lure out the killer, but the other members grew suspicious.
- Nick told Catherine that he can't find the Holstein evidence, Catherine doesn't buy it and orders Nick to back off.
- Having had enough, Nick rounds up Sara, Warrick and Greg to find out what Catherine and Keppler are up to.
- Nick, Sara, Warrick, and Greg recovered the evidence and realized that the crime scene was a fake.
- Catherine and Keppler realized that they have been caught. Because of that, they decided to give in the information about reverse forensics. Catherine understood how suspicious and hurt her friends are and apologized. With that, McKeen was booted out of the case.
