Plot Overview
The CHP is grateful that a citizen's patrol unit is helping their efforts to curb crime, but one member, who's mourning the death of his son due to a drunk driver, is operating outside the law, terrorizing reckless drivers and damaging their cars. As if this wasn't enough to worry about, Getraer is on edge, due to a recently released prisoner who's stalking him and his family.
