Plot Overview
While Jon and Ponch are pursuing a tow truck driver who robs stranded motorists, Ponch winds up being exposed to toxic fumes from nitrous oxide, and it makes him more reckless than usual. They also deal with a drunk-driving lawyer and an aging surfer and his mouthy parrot.
