Plot Overview
A gang of war game enthusiasts cause an accident when they take their game to the streets. Ponch and Jon discover that there's more to it than simple war games when it's revealed that the gang's leader is involved in a plot to break his former military colleague from custody, a man being extradited on embezzlement charges. The antics of a cute but ditzy process server also cause problems for the two officers, and they have to save her when she tries to serve papers on one of the war game members and winds up getting kidnapped.
