Plot Overview

A stressed-out Jon and Ponch are assigned temporary duty to Malibu, but it's far from a day at the beach: they have to deal with an overturned champagne truck and its agitated driver, stop a car thief who doesn't realize the vehicle he stole has a baby in the back seat and search for a gang of van strippers. Ponch is also determined to reach out to a cynical young man he mistook for a thief, seeing the boy as a younger version of himself.
