Plot Overview
Two rival fraternities create havoc on the highways. Andy, a colleague of Jon's and Ponch's whose son attends the college, is involved in some of the pursuits of the reckless kids, but his equally reckless and bizarre behavior causes concern with the two officers. They soon learn the shocking news--Andy has a non-operative brain tumor that is causing his odd behavior. His refusal to take a medical leave has a very unexpected and tragic result.
