Plot Overview
Jon, Ponch, Grossman and Sindy take to the foothills of California in search of dirt bikers who are terrorizing ranchers in the area and creating a hazard. They wind up stumbling onto a ring of PCP manufacturers running a lab in the area. Ponch also has a run-in with a pushy councilman who thinks he can ride his bike with impunity on his own property.
