Plot Overview
Jon and Ponch are chaperoning two mischievous kids who won an essay contest on a trip to the courthouse. The two kids get away from the officers and hide out in the back of a Rolls-Royce when two escaped prisoners commandeer the car, unaware of the stowaways in the back seat. The two convicts embark on a frantic ride all over the area with all the CHP officers chasing.
