Plot Overview
A series of robberies occurs involving city vehicles, and Jon is teamed up with an old pal, practical joker Bill Clayton, while Ponch is laid up in the hospital recovering from his accident. While in the hospital, Ponch comes up with a brainstorm that solves the case.
