Plot Overview
A troubled young man who's obsessed with rescue units makes several phony distress calls that tie up not only the CHP, but fire and rescue units as well. Among all of this is a real call about a helicopter pilot who crashes on the freeway, and Jon and Ponch must salvage the pilot's cargo, a case with rare blood, and race it over to a hospital to save a young hemophiliac. An accidental spill on the freeway causes Jon to wipe out, and as a result, he meets a cute nurse, and Ponch plays Cupid for the two. Ponch also winds up in a terrifying situation with a boa constrictor when he tries to move a car that is blocking traffic.
