Plot Overview
A speeding car races through a Chinese New Year parade in Chinatown before crashing into a mailbox. The trunk pops open to reveal the corpse of an Oriental philosophy professor, and the driver and her passenger flee from the car. After learning that the woman driving the car is an exotic dancer, Burke sets out to find them, using a shoe she lost at the scene.
