Plot Overview
A modeling agency president is killed by a sniper during a frantic phone call to Burke. One of the suspects, a beautiful model, is someone Tim knows from a previous investigation and accuses the young cop of impropriety, which results in an Internal Affairs investigation, and when the girl winds up dead, Tim could also be looking at a murder charge as well.
