Plot Overview
Investment banker William Henry Otis IV, or WHO IV, as he is fondly known, is found dead in the livery stable at his country club, fatally struck with a horseshoe. Amos discovers that a number of people had it in for WHO IV, as his incompetence led to them losing sizable amounts of money. He also is reacquainted with an old flame and her jealous husband, one of WHO IV's partners.

Memorable Moments
Have you ever wondered who would win in a fight between Bat Masterson and Davy Crockett? That question is answered in the climactic fight scene near the end of the episode, where Gene Barry (as Amos Burke) and guest-star Fess Parker (as Herman Sitwell) have a knock-down drag-out fight...won, naturally, by Burke!
There's also a very good dream sequence in the scene prior to this, where Burke poses as Sherlock Holmes, Les is Dr. Watson, Tim is Little Lord Fauntleroy and guest-star Reginald Gardiner plays a demon-type character.
