Plot Overview
In Paris, Burke poses as a rich 'ugly American' tourist as searches for the missing son of an Algerian dignitary. He soon discovers a larger plot, which includes the assassination of the dignitary and the 'suicide' of his son, by a madman who wants to return Algiers to the territory of France.
